For my Observed Practice, I am making plans to work with Community Music 1 students and possibly Community Music 2-4 students. In my lesson, I would like to share my creative approach to group music making that has been inspired by a Rhythmic Rondo, which I have entitled ‘Espresso Too’, that can be found in ‘Music for Children’, Volume 1, Page 67 (Orff & Keetman).
My creative approach and process will include work with movement, speech, body percussion, improvisation, paper cups and hand held percussion instruments.
